When Can I Arrive?
You are welcome to arrive 15 minutes before party time. We recommend pulling up in the loading zone right in front of the Museum/library to unload your car.

What Tableware Do You Provide?
We provide yellow tablecloths, blue cake plates and napkins, clear cups, and white forks. If you would like to bring your own, you are welcome to!

Where Should I Park?
Parking is available at many downtown Harrisonburg parking lots and side street parking. We recommend trying the lot across the street or the Water Street Parking Deck.

Where Do My Guests Go When They Arrive?
Birthday party guests will sign in at the front desk and then be directed to the party room.

How Long Can We Stay?
The party room is only available for your scheduled time, but you and your guests are welcome to continue playing in the museum before or after your party time during the museum's open hours.

Is There A Set Schedule For The Time We Reserved?
There is not a set schedule for a Basic Bash but we recommend everyone play in the museum until all guests arrive (20-30 minutes) and then gather in the party room to eat/open gifts/etc. Feel free to stay in the party room until the end of your scheduled time or head back out into the museum to play!

Is The Birthday Child Included In The Guest Count? What About Their Siblings?
The birthday child, siblings and parents are all included in the guest count. Our parties include admission for up to 15 children, while adult chaperones are free.

Are Explore More Members Included In The Guest Count?
Yes, all party guests are included in the guest count. Membership admission benefits are not applicable for birthday party guests.

Is There A Maximum Number Of Guests?
To fit comfortably in the party room, with 15 children we recommend having 10-15 adults for a maximum of 30-35 guests.

Can I Add More Guests To My Party?
