OUR DUCKLINGS ARE TURNING 1 — Let’s Celebrate!

We had so much fun celebrating our Downtown Ducklings last year that we decided to make this party an annual event...and you’re invited!


DETAILS FOR A QUACKING GOOD TIME:

10 AM - Noon: Ongoing museum activities
🦆 Meet live ducks
🦆 Build a cozy duck nest
🦆 Duck quacker art
🦆 Quack-tastic bean bag toss game
🦆 Rubber ducky hunt inside the museum
🦆 Duck pond memory match game
🦆 Pin the feather on the duck

10:30 or 11:30 AM: Meet “Look Up, Patito” author Marcia Zook and illustrator Kathleen Johnston.
Enjoy a book reading by the author and draw your own ducks alongside the illustrator. There will also be an opportunity to purchase books to have signed by author and illustrator.

12:00 PM - Outdoor scavenger hunt (on your own):
Stay and play, but when you’re ready, continue the fun outside on a SCAVENGER HUNT to find Mother Duck and her 8 ducklings! After you find them all, pick up your Lucky Duck scratcher at Explore More to reveal your prize.
