What I'm learning
- Physical Development:
I am learning how to use alternating feet and how my body moves in different ways when climbing through barn slide.
- Literacy and Language:
I am learning how to explain what I am doing and how to work with money.
- Social Learning:
I am learning how to be respectful of others and objects. I am learning how to follow rules.
- Reasoning and Problem Solving:
I am learning how to plan and read through information to understand it.
Play & Learn Together:
- Physical Development:
Encourage children to climb up the barn and slide down the slide. Encourage children to pick produce from the garden to sell at the market.
- Literacy and Language:
Have students pay for market items and set the amounts for the cost of each item. Encourage students to plan their day as a farmer and move through that schedule.
- Social Learning:
Encourage your child work with others to do tasks that they may need help with. Promote respectful language and actions between children.
- Reasoning and Problem Solving:
Encourage children to act out farm chores or create a play using farm animal puppets.
