What I'm learning

• Physical Development:

I am gaining speed and accuracy when using tools.

• Literacy and Language:

I am incorporating appropriate content-specific vocabulary into my role-play like, muffler, anti-freeze and engine. 

• Social Learning:

I am communicating with my peers to plan and execute more detailed role-play scenarios by assigning tasks and roles to one another. 

• Reasoning and Problem Solving:

I have an understanding of the appropriate functions of each tool.

Play & Learn Together:

• Ask your child to come up with a daily schedule using the magnetic service center task pieces. 

• Encourage your child to use a to-do list and check off all of the tasks they complete.

• Make up a timed game by seeing how quickly your child can change a tire.
